Did Uniplaster plasterboard waterproof?

A.

Standard plasterboard is ideal for most environments, it shouldn't be used in constantly wet conditions. Uniplaster Moisture Resistant Board, specially designed with specific additives in the core, A Highly moisture resistant board specially for kitchen, bathrooms and similar we area.

How we solve the problem if the joint of the plaster ceiling cracks and appear small holes on the surface?

A.

Without any external causes, plaster ceiling won't face any cracking problem. if the plaster ceiling cracks and appears small holes, just apply stopping compound on the area until the surface is smooth.

Did termites damage Uniplaster plasterboard?

A.

No. Without any external causes, termites won't consume plasterboard.

Why did the plaster ceiling got yellow rust spot on it and how to solve it?

A.

Most common sources of ceiling stains is roof and pipe leakage, contact with metal or screw that will finally contains corrosion that will comes outs the yellow or brown rust spot on the plaster ceiling.  If the stain is wet, please find a contractor to trace the source of the moisture and recommend a repair. if the stain is dry, it means the cause of the staining has been corrected or the conditions that caused the staining to occur are no longer exist. In these case, please use sealer to block the stain. A white spray will make covering with white finish paint easy. After that coat the stain twice to be sure it is completely sealed.

Yes. deliveries are during our business hours, from 8.00am - 5.00pm, Monday to Friday, and 8.00am - 3.00pm on Saturday. Schedule your delivery order a few days ahead to ensure best service.

Yes. Distance and Quantity of Materials are the primary factors in determining delivery charges.

Do you offer COD’s?

A.

Yes, however, drivers do not carry change (so if paying with cash please have exact change) and materials will not be unloaded until the driver has been paid. Please arrange payment prior to your delivery.

What if there is a problem with the quantity or the materials delivered?

Every effort is made to ensure your delivery is accurate and good quality. Any claims of delivery discrepancies or product damages must be communicate to our sales executive or office staff to ensure the products replacement has been made.

Do I have to be a contractor to buy Uniplaster products?

No. We are open to the public and our experienced staff will gladly help you.

Is Uniplaster plasterboard poisonous to our health?

A.

No. Uniplaster plasterboard is made of gypsum, glass fibre roving, water and small amount of additives. Gypsum is a naturally occurring, non-toxic sedimentary rock. Gypsum can also be added to some bread and dough mixes as a calsium source and baking aid, be an aid in juice extraction of some fruits and vegetables, be used as a filler and fire retardant in plastic products and etc. Uniplaster plasterboard have SIRIM test report, Bomba certificate 'Class 0', and is Non-combustible.

What is the differences of Uniplaster plasterboard and gypsum board?

A.

Uniplaster plasterboard is a glass fiber reinforced gypsum board which strengthened with layers of glass fiber. Gypsum board  is an inner layer gypsum sandwiched between 2 outer layer of lining paper including various additive in it. Uniplaster plasterboard, a high quality plaster finish enable them to be easily bent for use on curved design. Besides that, Uniplaster can base on architect and interior designer drawing to mould it out the specific design product of plaster ceiling.
